Digsy AI allows you to store documents directly on the Contact Profile so that you can quickly access them at a moment’s notice.
To find the Documents section on Digsy AI, scroll down directly below the blue “Edit Prospect”
With a few clicks, you can add an entire library of documents that will help you provide optimal service to prospects and clients.
To attach a document, click on the “+ Add Document” button and select the file to you’d like to upload.
NOTE: Digsy AI accepts these file types: .csv, .doc, .docx, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .pdf, .png, .xls, .xlsx, .zip. Files must be 40 MB or smaller per upload.
Once it’s on the Contact Profile, you can view or download the document by clicking the links.
If you’d like to remove a document, simply click the “X” to the right of the document and the document will disappear.
