Here's how to send a Mass Email:
Select the prospects you want to email at once
Click the “Send E-mail” button
Select the template you’d like to send, or even type up an email from scratch
Click the blue “SEND” button
Don’t forget to log an activity and set a follow up date for these prospects!
Heads up - There's a limit on how many emails you can send daily through Digsy AI:
Outlook users: Up to 500 emails daily
Gmail users: Up to 500 emails daily
Boom 💥 That’s it. Piece of cake.
No name? No problem. If the prospect doesn’t have a first or last name, we’ll replace the relevant merge tags with “There” as a fallback.
To save you even more time (is that even possible!?), anytime you email a prospect that’s in the Inbox, we’ll automatically move them to the Attempted stage for you. One less thing for you to worry about.
Pro Tip: Use the search function to find the specific prospects you want to email. For example, you can search for prospects that contain a specific tag, prospects you haven’t contacted in awhile, or prospects whose leases will be expiring in the near future. Then send an email to all of them at once with just a few clicks.
